When we paid our initial deposit, it locked in our
inclusions packages and base price. The inclusions at the time were Indulgence and
Eclipse. I believe there was another called Fresh Start, designed specifically
for First Homebuyers.
There were features in the Eclipse package that we wanted,
but could not justify the 25-30K price difference for what we were getting,
plus the Indulgence ticked all of the boxes for us.
Features that we really wanted that Indulgence gave us (boxes ticked):
Kitchen
- 20mm Stone benchtops in Kitchen
 - 900mm stainless steel freestanding gas cooker w/ electric oven
 - Dishwasher

Bathroom/Ensuite
- 20mm stone benchtops
 - Vanity cabinets with drawers
 - Frameless mirrors

Rest of House
- Solar power system
 - Solar hot water system
 - Extra wide front door (1200mm)
 - Mirrored robe doors
 - Garage door opener
 - Higher ceilings (2550mm)
 - M class slab - turns out we only needed a S class slab, so Coral gave us a credit.
 - Laundry Cabinetry
 - Eaves – a bonus that they are 600mm

Items from Eclipse – our wishlist (at an extra cost)
- 40mm stone bench top with Waterfall edge to kitchen bench – would have been nice, but we were happy with our 20mm stone tops.
 - Under-mount kitchen sink - we paid extra to get this.
 - Overhead cupboards in kitchen - needed these.
 - Frameless shower screens – we got this for ensuite only.
 - Prestige flat profile roof tiles – this was a must – Andrew has always wanted these, so it was a no-compromise situation.
 - Horizon 750mm long stainless steel handle to front door – we ended up going with this in our colour appointment.
 - Robe fit-out to master WIR – had this done as well. Similar in price to systems from Ikea & Bunnings, so we got Coral to do it.
 - Home security system – maybe do something like this after handover.
 - Ducted airconditiong - we are getting this done privately. It worked out heaps cheaper than Coral's quote.
